The first code under the "Other Codes" (1231231231231231) is the Unlock code that will unlock most of the T-Mobile USA Blackberry devices. Use it first and if it fails use the other codes next to him.

Verizon unlock code

In case you get the unlock codes in this format:

New Security: 12345678 -
Other Codes: 1234567890123456, 0987654321123456

On most of the Blackberry models branded to CDMA/GSM carrier Verizon on USA the 8 number length unlock code (the "New Security" code) will unlock it to GSM carriers all over the world. some of the old models can be unlocked using the "Other codes".

codes are comes with the PREFERRED code.
this code will unlock most of the AT&T Brand Blackberry mobile devices.

Use the first code and if it will not work it can be the one of the first two "NEW SECURITY" codes.

MEP ID Unlock codes

NCK Unlock code

In some orders you will get a few codes with an NCK code included.
This type of unlock codes will look somthing like this:

Other Codes: 5625418708399373, 111276861905404

The NCK Unlock code is the one to use, it will unlock your Blackberry.
The NCK code is same as the MEP 2 code and it will remove the Network Security from your Blackberry device. The "PREFFERED" code can work in case the NCK fails to unlock your Blackberry.
